It is official. SLC will soon begin the process of weighing the pro’s and con’s of going online – online timesheets that is.
With the support of the Library Student Employment Committee, Student Employment Office, Campbell Sports Center, and Payroll the Vice President of Administration gave the approval to begin the assessment process. He has requested me to organize a working group that will determine: application specifications, work flow, time lines, and a proposed budget.
The first meeting has been scheduled for next Wednesday to determine the bare bone needs of this group. Once that is has been determined future meetings will be scheduled.
This came together thanks to the efforts of a number of colleagues here at SLC. Congratulations to all on getting the ball rolling!
